I am from Kalimpong and as such all of my blogs/ reports/ photographs etc pertain to my town - which may be giving an impression that only Kalimpong suffered a battering in Sep07.
For the sake of my brethren in the other towns of the district,
I wish that were true...
but unfortunately it isn't...
I know for a fact from several scientists that I associated with over the last few months that Kurseong was perhaps the most badly mauled.
Darjeeling too did not escape unscathed....
